Terms of Service

Welcome to Zayy. By accessing or using the Zayy Discord bot (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, server administrators, and anyone who interacts with Zayy.

By inviting Zayy to your Discord server or using any of its features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent that you have the authority to bind the server and its members to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zayy, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using Zayy, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Zayy is provided “as is” and “as available.” You are responsible for how you configure and use the Service within your server. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Zayy in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use Zayy for any of the following purposes:

• Violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, discrimination, or hate speech.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Using automated tools to spam commands or exploit the Service.
• Collecting personal data of users without their explicit consent.
• Any illegal activity under applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Zayy for any server or user that violates these provisions, without prior notice or liability.

Zayy may integrate with or display content from third-party services including but not limited to Discord, GitHub, Spotify, Last.fm, Roblox, TikTok, Instagram, and other public APIs. We do not own, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or practices. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We strive to maintain high availability of Zayy, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

As a server administrator or user, you are solely responsible for the content you create, the commands you execute, and the configurations you apply using Zayy. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your use or misuse of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zayy and its developers from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

Zayy collects and stores the minimum amount of data necessary to provide its features. This may include Discord User IDs, Guild IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs, and configuration settings created by server administrators. We do not permanently store message content. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZAYY OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Zayy immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of Zayy after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
